We are completely approachable regarding our products. VGE is registered with HETAS, the government registered body that ensures stoves and chimney lining systems are safe, efficient and within the law, which has vital implications for home insurance. Our team is well qualified and experienced.
We guarantee our workmanship for 1 year after completion, meaning that if the workmanship is found to be at fault within that period, it will be corrected at no cost to the Customer. We will also help the Customer to fill in and register for the warranty on all the products installed. We can also offer a six monthly chimney sweeping and system inspection, to ensure that everything is in good working order.
